It's easy to earn and redeem Cashback Bonus: If you are a Discover Business Cardmember, you earn Cashback Bonus simply by using your Discover Card or PurchaseChecks for qualified purchases. Cardmembers can get up to 5% based on their type of purchases.
Once you've earned $20 Cashback Bonus or more, you can redeem it in $20 increments multiple ways:
- Get up to double the value of your reward when you redeem for gift cards or certificates from many of our 80 brand-name Partners
- Donate your reward to one of three national charities and we'll add 20% to your donation
- Credit your reward to your Discover Business Card Account
- Deposit your reward directly to your account with electronic deposit
- Request a check
You cannot redeem your Cashback Bonus if your account is delinquent. Log into the Account Center to see the Cashback Bonus Terms and Conditions a for additional information.
- How can I find out the status of my Discover Card application?
It can take up to 30 days to process an application. If 30 days has passed since you applied, please call us toll free at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to find out the status of your application.
- How do PurchaseChecks work?
PurchaseChecks work just like your card. When you encounter a merchant that does not accept credit cards or the Discover Business Card, specifically, simply write a check out to the merchant for the amount of your purchase. Please print the name of the merchant on the memo line of the check. The transaction will appear on your card statement with your other card and check purchases, making bookkeeping easy.
- Can I apply for a Discover Business Card if I already have a Discover card?
If you have a Discover consumer product (e.g., Motiva, More, Student), you are welcome to apply for a Discover Business Card. At this time, if you already have a Discover Business Card, you are not eligible to apply for another Discover Business Card.
- Can I request an additional Discover Card or employee card online?
In Customer Service within the Account Center, add an Authorized User to your Account or request a replacement for a worn or damaged Card. Just log into the Account Center, go to Customer Service and choose either the "Request or Replace a Card" link or "Add a Person to Your Account" link under Account-Related Requests.

If you have a Discover consumer product (e.g., Motiva, More, Student), you are welcome to apply for a Discover Business Card. At this time, if you already have a Discover Business Card, you are not eligible to apply for another Discover Business Card.
- What will my credit limit be?
Your credit limit will be determined based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to; credit score with any of the major credit bureaus, status of any existing Discover accounts, income, and outstanding debts. If you are unsatisfied with the credit limit you receive, please contact us at 1-888-DISCOVER to see if we can better meet your needs.
- What if I do not have a housing payment?
Simply enter $0 into the housing payment field. If you do not own your home, select Rent from the drop down box.
- When will I receive my card?
Upon approval for a Discover Business Card, you will receive your plastics within 7 to 10 business days.
- I received a letter in the mail with an Invitation Number. Where do I go apply?
Please go to mydiscoverbizcard.com and enter your 16-digit account number. Once your account number is entered, you will see details of the offer you received in the mail and can continue on with the application process.
- How can I find out the status of my Discover Card application?

You can also redeem your Cashback Bonus by phone. Just call toll-free 1-888-DISCOVER (1-888-347-2683) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to make your selections with a customer service representative. Cashback Bonus can be redeemed in $20 increments to accounts in good standing. It must be redeemed in increments of $20. - How much of my Cashback Bonus can I redeem?
You can get your Cashback Bonus in increments of $20: $20, $40, $60, etc. For example, if you have $56 Cashback Bonus, you can redeem $40 and the rest of your Cashback Bonus will continue to build.
- If my Discover Card is lost or stolen, will my Cashback Bonus be transferred to my new account?
Yes, we automatically transfer your Cashback Bonus to your new Discover Card Account.
- Who are the participating Cashback Bonus Partners?
View a list of our partners. You can increase, even double, your Cashback Bonus when you redeem for gift cards from our brand-name Partners.
- Where do I find my Cashback Bonus totals?
You can find your Cashback Bonus totals on the first page of your monthly Discover Business Card Statement. Or log in to see your Cashback Bonus Summary online in the Account Center. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.
- Can I have partner gift cards mailed to an address other than my billing address?
No, as a security measure, we can only mail your partner gift cards to your billing address.

PurchaseChecks may be used to make any business related purchase, wherever credit cards and/or the Discover Business cards are not accepted. PurchaseChecks may not be used to pay rent.
- How can I request additional PurchaseChecks?
Yes, please call 1-888-DISCOVER and we would be happy to send you new checks.
- Do PurchaseChecks earn rewards?
Yes! PurchaseChecks earn rewards at a slightly lower rate than card purchases, 0.25%.
- When I use a PurchaseCheck how will it appear on my statement?
Your purchase will appear with all of your card transactions.

Expand All | Collapse All- What should I do if my Discover Business Card is lost or stolen?
Call us immediately at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to report a lost or stolen card. We will immediately close your lost/stolen account and reissue you a new account number and card(s). If your lost/stolen Discover Business Card is registered at the Account Center, you'll need to re-register when your new card arrives in the mail.
- Can I change my address, phone number and e-mail address online?
Yes, log into the Account Center, go to Personal Profile, and then click on "Update Your Personal Information." You can change your Account information in addition to managing other aspects of your account. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.
- Can I request an additional Discover Card or employee card online?

Yes! Visit discoverbiz.com and create a log in and password to begin using the Account Center. Once you have entered the Account Center, you may access a variety of features that will help you better manage your account, including paying your bill online.
- How can I get cash with my Discover Card?
You can get cash at over 150,000 Discover Cash Network ATMs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is your PIN and your Discover Card. You can also stop in at one of more than 58,000 participating banks and financial institutions for quick cash using your Card and photo ID. Use our ATM locator to find a nearby ATM.
